Morais Leitão was once again recognized with the Most Active Law Firm in Equity award, in a digital event that took place yesterday, February 22nd, at the Euronext Lisbon Awards.
The award distinguishes the most active law firm in this field, considering the amounts (values) and number of shares issued in the stock markets managed by Euronext Lisbon.
In addition to this recognition, which reflects the confidence of the market on Morais Leitão and its leading role, the Firm is also proud of its involvement in all the transactions highlighted in the "Issuer of the Year" and "Finance for the Future" categories, including also the winning transaction in the "Sustainable Finance" category.
