Morais Leitão is recruiting a Legal Counsel (m/f) to join the banking and finance team in the regulatory sector of its Lisbon office.

Personal requirements:

  • Behavioural skills (communication skills, sense of responsibility, initiative and team spirit, critical sense, orientation towards excellence).
  • Personal values in line with Morais Leitão's culture

Technical requirements:

  • Completed law degree with an average of not less than 14 in a university of reference.
  • Portuguese and English (exclusion factor)
  • Up to 6 years' experience
  • Relevant experience in CMVM registration/authorisation processes

Positively valued attributes:

  • Practice in a law firm
  • Experience/knowledge of Web3 sector


Salary compatible with experience and seniority.
