Luís Gagliardini Graça joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2013.
Throughout his career he has had significant experience in public works concessions, as well as, in general, in monitoring the negotiation, contractual execution and litigation linked to construction activities.
In 2003 and 2004 Luís acted in an advisory role to the entities responsible for the construction of several of the new football stadiums for the “Euro 2004” as well in the project and construction of motorways.
Between 2011 and 2020, he played an intense role in the firm's internationalization project and, in coordination with the offices of Morais Leitão Legal Circle, ensures personalized assistance to clients in matters involving or related to the jurisdictions of Portuguese-speaking African countries.
In this context, Morais Leitão was listed as a Key Portugal-based partner active in Lusophone Africa in the 2013 edition of the IFLR1000 Energy & Infrastructure Sub-Saharan Africa Guide.
He has been involved in several M&A operations and the restructuring of companies, but he also has a strong background in litigation related to his practice areas.
