Pedro Gorjão Henriques

Pedro Gorjão Henriques joined the firm in 1999 and became a non-equity partner in 2014. He is a member of the banking and finance team.
Prior to joining the firm Pedro Gorjão Henriques worked at Banco Fomento e Exterior (now Banco BPI) and at Caixa Geral de Depósitos, where he handled various types of financing operations, notably in the areas of corporate finance, trade finance, project finance and financial restructuring.
Currently he practices in the areas of banking and financial law, notably in project finance, corporate, trade finance, structured finance and debt restructuring.
He has also participated in several mergers and acquisitions.
Education
Law Degree (University of Lisbon School of Law, 1988).
Languages
Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 1990).
