The achievement of many varied public and private projects can entail the use of assets of the public and private domain of public entities. The use of public assets by private entities is regulated by law and is subject to a set of rules, conditioners and procedures that must be taken into account for the achievement of these projects. It is often necessary to obtain licences or authorizations or sign concession, lease or financial lease agreements; our team is aimed at providing assistance in this matter, including:
