In particular, our lawyers regularly act as:

  • Mandatories and co-mandatories in international arbitration proceedings involving Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking countries;

  • Secretaries of Arbitral Tribunals.

In international disputes, and whenever necessary, we regularly act as co-counsel, taking advantage of our close relationships with other reputed law firms.

Our team is deeply committed to the arbitration community, nationally and internationally. In particular, our lawyers are authors of books, treatises and reference articles, they are lecturers at universities and have held relevant positions in various arbitration organisations such as the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Portuguese Arbitration Association, the Brazilian Arbitration Committee, and the Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
