Last 26th May, Morais Leitão held, at the Oporto office, a training session of the 7th edition of the Techshare Programme, from Euronext.
The session was taught by Luís Roquette Geraldes and Maria Cortes Martins and was dedicated to the topic "Legal implications of listing and becoming a listed company: governance, legal and reporting".
Techshare is a Euronext educational programme on capital market. Our Firm has been a partner since the beginning (2015) and is the exclusive trainer in legal field.
This year, 26 applications were submitted and six companies were selected. They are: Bidirco Engineering Systems, Imaginary Cloud, Immunethep, IMP Diagnostics, Nonius Hospitality Technology, and another that prefers to remain anonymous.
