Carlos Botelho Moniz and Pedro de Gouveia e Melo, coordinator and senior associate of the firm’s European law and competition team respectively, will attend the roundtable “Presentation of the Conclusions of XXV FIDE Congress” organised by APDE and the Law Faculty of Nova University of Lisbon.
Partner Carlos Botelho Moniz, vice-president of APDE, will moderate the roundtable with Professor Nuno Piçarra.
Pedro de Gouveia e Melo, one of the six national rapporteurs representing Portugal in the “XXV FIDE Congress”, held in Tallinn, Estonia, between May 30 and June 2, 2012, will present to national peers the report that he took to Tallinn - “The Interface between Energy, Environment and Competition Law Rules of the European Union”.
The entrance is free and does not need previous appointment.
