Advanced course on Licenses and Economic activities: “Zero License” and “Services directive” of ICJP sponsored by Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva
The ICJP – Legal and Political Science Institute of the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon organises an advanced course on "Licenses and Economic activities: “Zero License” and “Services directive” from 25 May to 23 June 2012.
This course is sponsored by Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and amongst the lecturers will be some of the members of the administrative and public procurement and urban planning and environment teams.
Consultant João Tiago Silveira will approach the theme “Licenses, authorizations, previous communications and other permissive issues” in the first session. In the fifth session partner Margarida Olazabal Cabral will speak on “Licenses and other permissive issues to transportation activities”, and associate Rui Ribeiro Lima will address the theme “Licences and other permissive issues to real estate issues”.
