António Pedro Braga, tax lawyer of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva was distinguished with the BNA International Prize (Bureau of National Affairs). This award is presented each year to the student responsible for the most outstanding dissertation from the MA in the Tax Program at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) of the University of London.
This year António Pedro Braga is the winner for his dissertation on "Corporate Exit Taxation in Europe: A Special Reference to the Portuguese Tax Regime".
The award attributed for the first time to a non-anglophone student will be given to António Pedro Braga during the 7th edition of the "Annual Avoir Fiscal EU Tax Conference".
