António Sampaio Caramelo, a non-equity partner and member of the litigation and arbitration team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, is one of the most renowned speakers present at the IV Congress of Commercial Arbitration, organized by the Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
António Sampaio Caramelo participates in the first session which is titled “Criteria for the Arbitration of Litigation”.
The Fourth Congress of the Commercial Arbitration Center will take place in the Noble Room of the Commercial Arbitration Center on July 15 and 16, 2010.
Similar to previous congresses, the book – published by Almedina, with the discourses of the III Congress will be distributed at the IV Congress.
