Ashick Remetula and Márcia Tomás Pires take part in conference on NFTs and Tokenisation

Ashick Remetula and Márcia Tomás Pires are speakers at a conference, organised by the Academic Association of the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa (AAFDL), dedicated to the different issues surrounding NFTs and tokenisation.

The conference "NFTs and Tokenisation: from regulation to the ecosystem in Portugal" will seek to clarify these concepts, apply them to concrete cases and reflect on the opportunities and risks underlying these realities.

The associate from the banking and finance team and the trainee lawyer from the corporate, commercial and M&A team will be speaking on "Regulation of NFTs in Europe".
