Carlos Botelho Moniz participates in ICN Merger Workshop / Rome

Invited by the Competition Authority and as Non-Governmental Advisor, Carlos Botelho Moniz, partner of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and the coordinator of the European law and competition team,participated as a speaker in an ICN Merger Workshop, organized by the Italian Competition Authority. The event took place in Rome on November 3 and 4, 2010.
 
Mr. Botelho Moniz spoke on “Trends in Merger Notification Procedure – a Portuguese Perspective”.
