Carlos Botelho Moniz participated in the cycle of seminars entitled “European Studies”, organized by the Political Institute of the Catholic University.
On May 19, 2020, he attended the seminar focused on “The COVID-19 Crisis and the EU”.
The European Studies seminars are part of some masters and PhD's programs at the institute, respecting the need for distance learning.
