The VII Congress of Corporate Law in Review will take place tomorrow, April 4th, and is promoted by the Almedina Group and ADSR - Associação Direito das Sociedades em Revista.
Carlos Osório de Castro is one of the speakers in the 2023 edition of this annual event dedicated to corporate law. The lawyer will address the topic "Regarding warranties provided by the issuing company itself: entailment of the company's assets, prohibition of financial assistance and the principle of conservation of subscriptions".
The event will adopt the same model as the previous congresses, once again inviting specialists in the area of corporate law to debate the most recent changes in the legal system in this area.
