Catarina Monteiro Pires and Diogo Costa e Seixas participate on the online training entitled “COVID-19: Are the contracts to be fulfilled?”.

The course is divided into two modules: “Changing circumstances. Contractual clauses that can allow balance to rebalance installments ”and “ Impossibility and termination of contracts ”.

The themes under analysis are, amongst other,  the issue regarding change of circumstances and the respective application requirements, the general impossibility regime and compliance with the payment obligation.

The course takes place on May 29th, 2020, subject to prior registration.
