The 5th edition of Oxford Arbitration Day, which brings together international experts in the field of arbitration to discuss the current state of the sector, will take place tomorrow.
Catarina Monteiro Pires is one of the speakers on the third panel entitled "Failure to perform due to pandemics and arbitration". The discussion group is composed by Isabelle Michou, from Quin Emannuel, Naomi Briercliffe, from Allen & Overy, and Guilherme Recena Costa, from Debevoise & Plimpton.
This edition is being organized by Oxford University, Oxford International Arbitration Society, Educa Fundation and, Canal Arbitragem. It is also supported by Morais Leitão.
