Catarina Monteiro Pires participates in the 3rd edition of the Arbitration Week in São Paulo, Brazil

The arbitration week of São Paulo reaches its third edition this year. It brings together experts in Arbitration from Brazil and abroad who will discuss, over 22 different initiatives, the pressing issues in Arbitration and its future.

Catarina Monteiro Pires is a speaker in two sessions, and organizes, in partnership with the Brazilian Committee of Arbitration, two panels of debates dedicated to "Arbitration and Judicial Recovery".

During this week, which runs from 19th October to 23rd October, Catarina Monteiro Pires analyses, along with her international peers, the future prospects for Arbitration in Africa, and the topic "M&A Arbitration - Price and interim Period".

This edition of SPAW migrates to digital, promoting the meeting between several experts in this area and a greater adhesion to the event.
