Claudia Santos Cruz will be speaking at International Distribution Institute Conference 2024 (“IDI”)

Claudia Santos Cruz, a partner at Morais Leitão, will be speaking at the International Distribution Institute Conference 2024 ("IDI"), taking place between 13 and 15 June 2024 in Prague, Czechia.

The conference focuses on " Drafting and managing international sales contracts within distribution networks” and will be attended by several expert speakers from both law firms and international corporate groups. Claudia´s panel will focus specifically on negotiation of master supply agreements for franchise systems.
