Colloquium "Limits to the Arbitrability of Disputes: a theoretical discussion on judicial practice"

Joana Galvão Teles is the main speaker at the colloquium "Limits to the Arbitrability of Disputes: a theoretical discussion of judicial practice," organised by the Commercial Arbitration Practice Section  of the Portuguese Arbitration Association.  A commentary will be provided by Paula Costa e Silva, Professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon. The colloquium will take place on the premises of the Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Joana Galvão Teles  is one of the youngest  lawyers in the firm and she is a member of the litigation and arbitration team, focusing her practice  in  the areas of civil litigation, industrial property and arbitration.
