Colloquium “The ordinary courts of the European Union. Preliminary rulings in theory and practice”

Joaquim Vieira Peres participates in the colloquium “The ordinary courts of the European Union. Preliminary rulings in theory and practice” promoted by the Ministry of Justice – Center for Judicial Studies.

“Blocking points between national courts and the TJUE. Limits and consequences of omission in the duty to refer” will be the theme analysed by Joaquim Vieira Peres.

The colloquium will take place on 17 February between 09.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. at the auditorium and video room of the Center for Judicial Studies.
