The “Collective dismissal” is the theme under discussion at the colloquium promoted by the Centre for Judicial Studies (CEJ) that takes place on 6 January in the auditorium of the Portuguese Bar Association - Coimbra’s District Council.
Luís Miguel Monteiro, partner and coordinator of the labour and social security team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, will make a presentation on “Legal control of the collective dismissal”.
