The members of the Competition Experts Club in an interview with Jornal de Negócios say that “the legislation of the sector should be more clear and simple in order to be understood by most people.”
Carlos Botelho Moniz, partner at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and chairman of the supervisory board of Competition Experts Club, states that "the members of the club are available to participate together with business institutions and universities in debates on these matters".
