Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados had organized conference on “Insolvency: Opportunities and Challenges”, a very important theme on times of economic downturn.
The objective of the conference was through exchange of experiences with the participants to address to more pressing questions concerning an insolvency process, namely the ways to eliminate or reduce the risks.
Carlos Osório de Castro analysed the ways of controlling the insolvent company, Helena Soares de Moura focus on the ways a proactive creditor can maximize credit recovery, Rui Patrício addressed the insolvency crimes and their consequences and lastly Helena Tapp Barroso analysed the implications of insolvency in labour relations.
