Luís Branco, partner of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and coordinator of the banking and finance team and project finance, speaks in conference on “Large public works on transport infrastructures and the new paradigm of mobility and accessibility”.
In the session on the road sector, Luís Branco’s presentation will address the legal aspects of the financing of road infrastructures.
Organised by the Portuguese – French Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with the support of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, the conference aims to be a discussion forum and a place for exchanging experiences which will bring added-value to the national projects and strategies of public investments in infrastructures in several sectors (airports, maritime, roads, railroads and urban transportation) which are of unquestionable value for Portuguese cities and regions, as well as for national companies and potential foreign players in the market.
The conference will take place on October 6, 2010, at the Porto Palácio Hotel in Oporto, and will have in the audience several national and international companies of these sectors, as well as the Minister of Public Works, Transports and Communication.
