Conference “The protection of Portuguese investment in foreign countries: what companies want to know?”

Filipe Vaz Pinto participates in the conference “The protection of Portuguese investment in foreign countries: what companies want to know?” promoted by the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA).
Filipe Vaz Pinto is the moderator of the 3rd panel named “Investments in Latin America: risks and forms of protection”.

The conference approaches the most relevant aspects regarding the planning and protection of Portuguese investment in foreign countries from corporate structuring to extinction of the investment with emphasis on the resolution of international disputes. The event has the participation of some of the largest Portuguese companies and public institutions with expertise in foreign investment, and national and international experts on the subject.

The conference takes place on 7 March, from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Lisbon Commercial Association.
