Congress “The proposed amendments to the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure”

João Matos Viana, member of the litigation and arbitration team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, participates in the congress “The proposed amendments to the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure”, organised by the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences in partnership with the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon.

João Matos Viana participates in the second panel “Criminal Procedure Law – Part 2  - Others alterations to the Code of Criminal Procedure” and will present the theme “Summary process and resources”.

João Matos Viana teaches in the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon lecturing on the Penal Code I discipline.
