David Silva Ramalho participates, as a speaker, in the online conference dedicated to "Online Sexual Violence & Image-Based Abuse: Investigation, Prosecution and Litigation", promoted by ERA - Academy of European Law.
The lawyer will subordinate his intervention to the topic "Fundamental rights in cases of online sexual abuse". In particular, he will address issues such as criminal investigation, victim representation and defense in cases involving online child sexual abuse crimes, including the impact of the media in this type of cases, the burden of proof and evidential validity issues, with special focus on the trial phase.
