Next 24 March, David Silva Ramalho will be a speaker at the conference "Legal Challenges of the Metaverse and Its Implications for the Criminal Justice System", organized by ERA, in Trier, Germany.
The lawyer will participate in the panel dedicated to "The Metaverse in the Courtroom", where he will address the legal framework, substantive and procedural, of the crimes occurred in the Metaverse, and will moderate, on the 25th, the panel dedicated to "The Metaverse: Virtual World - Real Challenges for the Criminal Justice System".
