David Silva Ramalho participates as a speaker in the seminar organised by the European Judicial Training Network

David Silva Ramalho is a speaker at the two-day seminar entitled "Cybercrime And E-Evidence", which will take place on December 4.

The seminar is aimed at judges and prosecutors from several Member States and focuses on issues related to the international legal framework on cybercrime and digital evidence, jurisdictional aspects of criminal investigation in a digital environment and practical issues of obtaining and evaluating digital evidence in a forensic context.

David Silva Ramalho's speech is dedicated to "Digital evidence and procedural safeguards: problems from the Defense's point of view.
