David Silva Ramalho participates in conference on criminal investigation and cryptocurrencies

David Silva Ramalho, a member of the firm's criminal, regulatory offences and compliance practice, is lecturing at a conference for the European Public Prosecutor's Office on criminal investigation and cryptocurrencies. The conference, which is mainly aimed at Deputy European Public Prosecutors, will feature two speakers and will be dedicated to the theme “Investigation of financial crimes, money laundering and seizure/confiscation of proceeds of crime”. David Silva Ramalho has been appointed as an expert by the European Judicial Training Network to teach the sessions on the use of cryptocurrencies for money laundering and criminal investigation.
