On April 23rd, David Silva Ramalho will participate as a speaker at the European conference entitled "EJTN Criminal Justice Seminar", which is dedicated to the topic "Cybercrime and E-Evidence I".
Organized by The European Judicial Training Network (EJTN), the initiative will be attended by 60 judges and prosecutors from all European Union countries.
The lawyer will address the topic "Digital evidence and procedural safeguards: problems from the Defense's point of view", in the last session of the day, which will be followed by a debate on the subject.
