David Silva Ramalho speaks as an expert at an advanced seminar of the European Judicial Training Network

On May 9 and 10, the European Judicial Training Network is organizing an advanced seminar on Cybercrime and Digital Evidence. The seminar will focus on topics such as new trends in cybercrime, investigation of cryptocurrency transactions and laundering, computer searches, cross-border access to computer data, digital forensics and the presentation of digital evidence at trial from the perspective of the prosecution and the defense. David Silva Ramalho will speak as an expert in the afternoon session on the 9th, on the theme "The defense's role in challenging e-evidence".

The seminar targets 36 judges and prosecutors from all EU member states, all with more than 3 years' experience in cybercrime cases.
