David Silva Ramalho was a speaker at the #Digitalisation and #AI in Criminal Justice Conference, held at the Centre for Judicial Studies in Lisbon, on the theme ‘The nexus between Artificial Intelligence and criminal law’.

His speech focused on the challenges brought by Artificial Intelligence to Criminal Law, both in crimes committed on purpose using AI systems and in crimes that result from the autonomous and unpredictable functioning of these systems.
