David Silva Ramalho has been appointed as an expert by the European Judicial Training Network to take part in the "Cybercrime and e-Evidence" Seminar, to be held on 14 and 15 May at the Centre for Judicial Studies.
The event, which is aimed at judges and prosecutors of 23 nationalities, will feature the participation of David Silva Ramalho on both days, firstly in the workshop on obtaining digital evidence, where he will coordinate one of the groups, and then in the round table on the procedural challenges of digital evidence.
