David Silva Ramalho will be a speaker at 'The value of a like: social network investigations and legal strategies in the age of digital crime', a course promoted by the Academy of European Law (ERA) to be held online on 9 and 10 April.
The initiative brings together judges, academics and experts in digital forensics to discuss the legal and technological challenges of investigating social networks in the context of cybercrime.
David Silva Ramalho will take part in two sessions: on the 9th of April he will moderate the panel "Legal Challenges in Social Network Investigations" and on the 10th of April he will speak about "Technical Insights for the Preparation, Identification and Preservation Phase".
