Eduardo Maia Cadete participates in Postgraduate Programme in Competition and Regulation

Eduardo Maia Cadete, a partner in Morais Leitão's European law and competition practice, is responsible for the session ‘Rights and duties of the target and third parties in investigation procedures for restrictive competition practices’, as part of the module ‘Competition misdemeanour litigation’ of the 18th Postgraduate Course in Competition and Regulation, organised by the Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law (IDEFF) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. The session takes place on 20 March.

The course, which runs from 20 January to 10 July, brings together renowned experts in Competition and Regulation, combining in-depth theoretical knowledge with the practical application of concepts and an understanding of the main challenges - legal, but also economic and institutional - facing the application of Competition Law and the functioning of the State.
