Eduardo Maia Cadete will participate in the seminar entitled "The role of the national judge in the application of EU rules on state aid", organised by ERA, Academy of European Law, in collaboration with the Centre for Judicial Studies on behalf of the European Commission. He will be a lecturer on the 13th and the 20th October.
The training aims to provide national judges with an overview of the application of Articles 107.º to 109.º of the TFEU, providing them with the necessary tools to decide on state aid.
