Eduardo Maia Cadete is one of the speakers at the meeting organised by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Bar Association (IBA), which this year is dedicated to the theme "The Antitrust Trifecta: Enforcers, the Courts and the Private Sector".
The partner European Law and competition team will be on the panel "The Role of the Private Sector in Competition Law Enforcement", where he will talk about state aid and the European Regulation on foreign subsidies that distort the internal market.
The event will take place on 17 October in Barcelona.
