The roundtable takes place at Abreu’s offices in Lisbon on 18 September between 09.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. The topics in discussion will be:
- What are the current trends in litigation and the use of ADR?
- In which business sectors or jurisdictions are you seeing a growth in cross-border disputes? How are these disputes being resolved?
- Given the crisis, are you seeing clients less willing to litigate and using ADR more? If so, which ones and why?
- As clients internationalise, how can law firms handle their international disputes?
- What are the challenges facing clients and lawyers?
The conclusions of the roundtable debate, which includes the participation of other renowned national specialists in this matter, will be published in one of the next editions of the magazine.
