APDE – Portuguese Association of European Law and ASAP – Association of Law Firms in Portugal are organising the “First Meeting of European Law”. It will take place in João Morais Leitão’s Auditorium on September 29, 2011, at 3 p.m.
Carlos Botelho Moniz, partner and head of the European law and competition team of the firm and Vice-President of APDE, will moderate a panel titled “Arbitrability of disputes relating to Competition law”.
Eduardo Maia Cadete will discuss “The state tort liability for breach of Union law”.
