Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva in cooperation with the Câmara dos Despachantes Oficiais (Customs Brokers Association) and PricewaterhouseCoopers organizes a Customs and Tax forum.
This sector is heavily influenced by the Community legal framework and by the obvious necessity to correctly set out the respective jurisdictions. The forum aims to convene several companies that operate in this sector, as well as members of the finance ministry in order to debate and clarify existing legal remedies.
Partner António Lobo Xavier and senior lawyer António Côrte-Real Neves, members of the firm’s tax team and well known specialists in taxation matters, are two of the speakers in the forum.
