The Centro de Estudos de Direito Público e Regulação (CEDIPRE) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon is promoting the II Postgraduate Course in Administrative Justice from 6 January to 23 March 2024, with Bernardo Almeida Azevedo as executive coordinator.
Francisca Costa Gonçalves, together with Carla Amado Gomes, will be teaching the session on 27 January dedicated to "Actions on contracts and civil liability - Presuppositions of contractual and non-contractual liability of the Administration".
