Francisco Mendes da Silva takes part in the panel "Democratisation: quality of democracy and populism" as part of the "Public Policy Forum 2024" initiative, promoted by ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
The Morais Leitão partner will be joined by Tiago Fernandes (ISCTE) and Marina Costa Lobo (ICS-ULisboa) for a conversation moderated by journalist Paulo Tavares.
The conference will take place in ISCTE's large auditorium on March 22.
