Francisco Mendes da Silva, partner and co-head of Morais Leitão's Tax department, will take part in the ‘Prospects and challenges for growth’ panel at the State Budget 2025 Conference, taking place today, 4 December, at the Portuguese Catholic University in Porto, in the Ilídio Pinho Auditorium.
The aim of this initiative is to analyse topics such as the ‘Prospects and challenges for growth’ and the ‘Relevant tax changes in SB25’, addressing essential issues for professionals and organisations that deal with tax and budgetary matters.
The conference is an opportunity to debate current fiscal challenges and the impact of budgetary policies on companies, as well as to explore the potential for collaborations between companies and universities. The event will also include discussions on corporate sustainability strategies, with a focus on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) indicators.
