The lawyer integrates the international panel of the session entitled "Data Protection Challenges for Employers", in which the following topics will be addressed:

- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct;
- Digital nomads;
- Data protection challenges in Asia-Pacific; and
- Labor relations and trade unions.
