Rui de Oliveira Neves, partner of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, will speak on “Monitoring and protection of investors”, while senior associate and member of the insurance, reinsurance and pension funds Margarida Lima Rego will address “Liability insurance of administrators”. Trainee lawyer Fábio Castro Russo will speak on “Due diligence and responsibility”.
