Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva& Associados (MLGTS) has associated with ICJP (Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas), IDEFF (Instituto de Direito Económico, Financeiro e Fiscal), and IE (Instituto Europeu) from the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon in the "I Post-Graduate Course in National Defense Law – National Law, International and European Law, Public Procurement and corporate activity".
This course will take place between 22 January and 4 May 2015 at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon and will consider several subjects regarding National Defense Law. MLGTS will collaborate in this course along with consultant João Tiago da Silveira and associate Carolina Melo Duarte on the speakers' panel.
In the 24th session João Tiago da Silveira and Admiral Torres Sobral will discuss "Access to corporate activity in the defense area: licenses and credentials" and in the 25th session along with Carolina Melo Duarte will discuss "Licenses for military products transfers, import and export, and the regime of Final User Certificate". Carolina Melo Duarte will also analyse "Public Procurement: defense acquisitions beyond specific arrangements" in the 23rd session.
