Pedro Costa Gonçalves, partner and member of administrative and public procurement of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva (MLGTS), and João Matos Viana, member of the litigation team, are lecturers in the "I Post Graduate Course on Administrative Punitive Law" organised by the ICJP (Institute for Legal and Political Sciences) and IDPCC (Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences) of the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon.
Pedro Costa Gonçalves will analyse the "Administrative and Contractual Sanctions" and João Matos Viana will lecture about "Intention, Error or Negligence in Administrative Wrong-Doing" and "Leaders’ Joint and Subsidiary Liability".
This course begins on 9 January and ends in June 2015.
