The IV European Conference on Health Law will take place in Coimbra, Portugal, from 9 October to 11 October, 2013. The conference is co-organized by the European Association of Health Law and the Centre for Biomedical Law (Centro de Direito Biomédico) and is under the sponsorship of the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos Médicos), Infarmed and the Portuguese Health Regulatory Authority.
Morais leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associates will be represented by Nuno Gundar da Cruz, who will present a study entitled “The figure of expert witness in the context of medical liability legal actions” on the panel -Prevention/Reaction/Compensation and Learning with Errors.
